Heating Instructions

For frozen packages, first thaw then follow directions as follows


 On the Stovetop/Oven:


BRISKET-  Heat pan on med-high heat, open package and saute brisket until internal temperature is 165 degrees F, 3-5min. 

PIT PORK- Heat Pan on med-high heat, open package and 2 TBS water in pot and heat til temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

JALAPENO SAUSAGE- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a sheet tray with foil or non-stick spray.  Place sausage on sheet tray and bake in oven for 12 min or internal temp of 165 degree F

SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS- Fry in 350 degree oil for 7 min., or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F

BRAISED CHICKEN(all sauces)- Put chicken in a small saucepan with 3 TBS. of water and heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F

CRAFT BEER MAC'N'CHEESE- Place in sauce pot with 3 TBS. water(or your favorite low hop beer) and stir continuously until mac reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees F


Put whole cryo-package in a pot of RAPIDLY BOILING water for:


BRISKET- 8 min

PIT PORK-8 min

BRAISED CHICKEN-8 min

CRAFT BEER MAC'N'CHEESE- 12 min.
